Where did the AMEGA button go?
May 15, 2010
by Dr. Bruggeman
I am very, very disappointed with the AMEGA Company. Not the wand itself. I have had success with it. But the company is so very unresponsive in so many ways. I simply do not have the time to help those of you who might want to buy the product, because ultimately we both run into the same problem—which is why you email or call me for help—the inability to get an order placed. The order process does not work. They don’t reply to my emails. Can’t get through to them on the phone. I’ve had it. This has been going on for several months. My patience with them is at an end. I am sorry to have raised your hopes and inconvenienced you. In retrospect, I should have waited to make sure the company not only had a good product, but was itself capable of handling the business end of things before I began promoting it. Lesson learned by this humbled one.
February 11, 2010
In this space next week, we expect to publish the insights of our mild-mannered, sideline reporter, whose unique perspective will either mystify you or cause you to marvel at Someone who has all things under His Plan—yes, including the Super Bowl! While we await that report, we will give you a few of our own observations about the annual rite. Yes, the game itself has been likened to a religious ritual, but I will limit my comments to the sideshows—or are they the prime raison d’être?—I am referring to the intermission rituals: the commercials and the half-time festivity.
Super Bowl ads have become highly anticipated by the viewing public primarily because in years past they have represented the best creative work of Madison Avenue. This year was a dud, in this writer’s opinion, but not merely a dud, but one offering was patently and shamelessly offensive and another was at best simultaneously puzzling and spooky. If you missed them, you can find all of them listed according to the quarter of the game in which they aired at this URL: http://www.cbssports.com/video/player/superbowlcommercials?ttag=SBAD10_tv_all_cspt_os_van_0004
The most offensive one is called “Casual Friday,” and if you were fortunate enough to have missed it last Sunday, I would suggest you not watch it. Based on the practice in some businesses to allow their employees to “dress down” on a given day, a “casual Friday,” this ad has a corporate office scene where all the employees except one are nonchalantly going about their work in their underwear—yes, ordinary men and women in their BVD briefs, bras and panties.
No doubt, the ad agency thought they were following one of the tried and true paths in successful advertising; namely, create an ad that will be remembered and thus the product or company will reap rewards of increased sales, hits on a website, etc. Perhaps they will learn a new rule-of-thumb from this “bomb” of an ad. If the ad is so crude, so disgusting, so offensive, so over the top, it will backfire because if the viewers even remember the company it was associated with, many of them will consciously not avail themselves of that company’s product or service as a solitary protest. No need to organize a boycott—they usually backfire by simply giving the target company free publicity—but individual people will demonstrate their feelings about a tasteless ad by voting with their wallets—at least, that is my hope.
In the third quarter, an ad aired entitled on the URL, “Paper or Plastic.” It begins with a young man answering the grocery check-out cashier, “plastic,” in response to what kind of bag he wants his groceries placed in. Immediately, the Green Police are there, cuffing him, hauling him away, and accusing him, “You picked the wrong day to be messing with the ecosystem, plastic boy!” From there the ad quickly shows vignettes of other violators of the brave new world as Al Gore might imagine it: a squad of Green Police find a battery in a trash can and go to the house to arrest the owner, a SWAT team-like bunch of Greenies give chase to a man who was not composting properly; next, an upper middle class man comes to answer his doorbell only to be arrested (as the news reporter on the scene tells) “for possession of an incandescent light bulb.”
A couple more scenes of equally outrageous “crimes” are shown before we come to the point of the commercial: Aha! Audi has come up with a “green diesel” automobile which is waved through an “eco-roadblock” set up by the Green Police. A final scene shows ordinary city police in their squad car, being (presumably) arrested for having their coffee in Styrofoam cups. Ah, soon we will all be criminals if the wacko-Greenies have their way. Audi is a German company. They already have a type of environmental police in Germany. It is difficult to tell if Audi and their ad-makers were trying to be satirical or prophetically warning of what is coming. Either way, this was one spooky commercial!
By the way, did you ever wonder why it is that so many former communists (the Reds) have in recent decades migrated into the environmental (Green) movement? Could it be because that is where the power over people is? Communists, socialists, progressives—they change names whenever it becomes necessary to hide their real goal—total control over all people = totalitarianism. The former reds became greenies because they see it as the vehicle to control just about every aspect of life, and the Audi commercial gives a good representative sampling in just thirty seconds.
Hmmm. So let’s see: First we have the Reds. Now we have the Greens. What do you think of when you think of the colors red and green? Christmas? Is this one of our Father’s subtle signs that the second appearing of Christ is very near? (Yes, we know that Jesus was not born on December 25th, but that’s another discussion for another time.)
There were many other ads which ran in the Super Bowl, but we will comment on only one more. In the days leading up to the Super Bowl, the National Organization for Women [NOW] was getting a lot of air and time and blog space as they decried the fact that CBS was going to permit the airing of a spot featuring Heisman Trophy-winning University of Florida quarterback Tim Tebow and his mom. NOW was griping and gnashing their teeth insisting that a pro-life message should not be allowed in the Super Bowl broadcast. The word was out (they thought) that the spot would show Tim’s mom explaining how she was advised to have an abortion when time came to deliver Tim but she declined. (She was in the Philippines doing missionary work and had become very ill during the pregnancy.)
That’s a powerful message—similar to the story of Ludwig van Beethoven’s mother having had four previous children, each of them “defective” in some way. What if she had aborted her fifth child? We would never have been able to enjoy Beethoven’s Fifth! Anyhow NOW was very upset that CBS refused to pull the spot out of the Super Bowl line-up. As it turned out, NOW had egg on its face as Mrs. Tebow said nothing about her decision during Tim’s pregnancy. It was a cute ad; however, it did have the web address of Focus on the Family at the end where indeed one would learn the story of how this stellar football talent would not have been here had Mrs. Tebow followed the advice that NOW and their allies would have given, had they been at Mrs. Tebow’s side in the Philippines back then.
Speaking of Tim Tebow, I have also noticed in the past couple of months how any number of sports analysts and commentators have made comments here and there denigrating Tim’s football talent. I have heard them say things like, well, he may have won the Heisman, but he really just doesn’t have the skills to play at the next level (meaning, in the NFL). Or, Tebow seems to be weak in the fundamentals; just doesn’t have the package to make it in the NFL. These are just samples. It was like the sports programs were flooded with a “bash Tebow” mentality.
After a while, it occurred to me that this was no accident. It is my opinion that because Tebow has been so outspoken about his Christian faith—and he walks the walk, doesn’t just talk the talk—that the word has come down to numerous writers, sports analysts, etc. to do just as I have observed being done. Any football fan with half a brain can see that Tebow is an exceptional player, that he does have the “package,” the physical ability and the intelligence to make the grade in the NFL. If they want to say those things about college players, I can name at least one other prominent college quarterback whom their comments do fit, but I will refrain from naming that individual for now.
Finally, concerning last Sunday’s Super Bowl, the legendary British rock band, The Who, provided the halftime entertainment. If you are/were a fan of The Who, you would have to say that they still “have it.” They played a medley of some of their many hits, including: My Generation, Tommy, Pinball Wizard and Who Are You. The last song, of course, became the theme song of one of CBS-TV’s biggest hit dramas, CSI. Hmmm. A little cross-marketing going on there, eh? Oh, and I left out that other great hit by The Who, We Won’t Get Fooled Again. Really? It seems like the American populace gets fooled every presidential election. The lyrics were written several decades ago but still seem timely. There are about six stanzas plus a bridge. Just plug in the title in a search engine and you can find the entire song. Here’s the last verse with underlining added:
“I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around me
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again
No, no!
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
Meet the new boss
Same as the old boss”
Yes, slumbering America, “Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss.” Indeed, we have been fooled again—every four years. But soon, the current bosses’ allotted time on the divine calendar will end and God’s Kingdom, the Stone Kingdom, will bring a new constitution, as found in Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy…Revelation. Then, and only then, will the song change: Meet the new boss: Jesus Christ our Lord! The King of kings! Hallelujah!

It has been over two weeks since my third and (hopefully) last epidural shot of the steroid medication. Until now, about all I knew about steroids was that there was a scandal in professional baseball concerning some players—especially the star home run hitters—who used steroids to “beef up” their muscles thereby giving them an unfair advantage over other players. The doctor told me we have to stop at three injections and wait a while because of the dangers of the steroids. Well, I hated like Hades the idea of taking any drugs, but let me tell you, when the pain is so severe that you are lying in bed totally immobilized and the pain is still about a 9.5 on a scale of 10, and you can think of nothing else, let alone try to accomplish any work, what is a person to do? How long can a person endure it with no progress being made toward healing? The body is locked up and fighting against itself.
As my doctor said to me (and it was totally out of the blue just after my first injection—it was as though he knew how I felt about drugs), “You know, James, sometimes we get to a point where there are no alternatives and we just have to use the drug until we can get to a point where the body can begin healing itself.”
That remark astonished me because we had never had any discussions or conversations about the pros and cons of drugs. I have since concluded that it was our Father speaking to me through him.
It’s like divorce. God hates divorce, but sometimes, after all other remedies have failed, there are only two alternatives: continue in a “living hell” of a marriage, or release oneself from that hell by a divorce. (If any readers have been taught that divorce is a sin, it is not. For proof, please obtain my two lectures on divorce.)
Anyhow, I had exhausted every natural remedy I knew of. I have scores of bottles of essential oils, and believe me, my wife can attest that I used them all because she smelled the combined aromas of many oils that I was applying to my areas of pain, trying to find one that would provide lasting relief. Some of the ones designed for pain relief did knock it down a notch, maybe to an 8.5 on a scale of 10 (where 10 is passing out from the pain), but the pain soon (2 hours max) overpowered the oils, too.
Ice packs also helped slightly. After trying the oils, I thought maybe the over-the-counter [OTC] meds would work. So I tried Bayer, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Advil, Alleve, etc.—none of them seemed to even touch the pain. The oils at least made a noticeable reduction—a nice confirmation for me that once this is over, if I ever have mild pain, I will continue (as I have in the past) to use the essential oils in preference to any of those OTC medications . As I said, I used all kinds of single oils and blends. Specifically, I found the oil blends of Relieve It, Panaway, Aroma Siez and Aroma Life to be the best. If you want more information on the oils, click here.
My wife has taken me to my physical therapist twice in the past two weeks. He was able to move my formerly “locked” areas a little bit each time, saying we will want to go very slowly and very gently. And, if I do not overreach in trying to do too much too quickly, I can still hopefully avoid surgery.
Now that the word of my being “laid low” is getting around to those on my mailing list, I am receiving your cards and letters (the mail is being picked up and processed during my absence from the office). I am hanging up all the cards on the closet doors in my bedroom (my “cave” for the past four weeks). The kind sentiments expressed therein and the knowledge of your continued prayers for me are very encouraging. Thank you so much! And on that topic, could I ask you all to please include my dear and precious wife in your prayers for me. I am presently a great burden on her. I want to heal as rapidly as possible so as to relieve her of caring for me, but it’s a real tightrope walk because if I try to do too much too fast, I will fall back in a relapse, or worse, require surgery.
I am now able to work in 15 minute (instead of 5 minute) segments at my laptop in my study, located a few feet down the hall from my bedroom, but if I go much past 15 minutes, the pain sets in and that’s a sign that I am overdoing it. And after 15 minutes at the laptop, I must rest in bed. Yesterday, I did not, but rather sat in my recliner and read. Not good! I suffered for it last evening and all through the night with increased pain. Lesson learned…again!
I have also been reducing the dosage of the pain-killer meds, and simultaneously stretching the interval between doses, so the fact that I have been able to do that is a sign of progress.
I am able to walk unaided in the house, but have to limit my trips up and down the stairs to about twice a day. When I must go out to therapy, I have “graduated” to a cane instead of crutches, but alas, I cannot go far at all, even with a cane.
I am unable to drive and I will not attempt to drive as long as I am on the pain meds. Even though I think I am fine and could drive if it weren’t for the pain, my wife (and two additional witnesses) have assured me that I am not acting normal, but they tell me that I am a little bit “loopy.” (Therefore, henceforth, I am asking friends to proofread everything before I send it to my webmaster to post.)
I can see that I will not be able to return to the office, nor return to a full work schedule for many weeks yet. I am so pleased to know our Stone Kingdom fellowship is meeting in Atlanta without me. And I am also very grateful to my good friend, Steve Jones, who has taken over the responsibility for the Bible Conference in Manassas April 2-4. I am so blest to know that it will proceed despite my being told to take a “time out,” because I know many of you had already made plans and reservations for what promises to be an exciting conference. It may be a “double portion” at Manassas, or a “second blessing,” all sorts of analogies can be made.
So this has been a more detailed report than I had initially intended but all in all, I would describe my progress as baby steps—three steps forward and one step back, and so far, praise our Father, no serious steps backwards. Thank you again for everything. I will be writing for my Journal here and the Stone Kingdom Chronicles (on the home page) as much and as frequently as my condition permits. God bless!
Journal Entry for February 5, 2010
(For the record, this was written Friday, February 4th, and was finished and sent off for posting before Palin’s keynote speech on Saturday, February 5, 2010.)
The Tea Party Movement (TPM) is holding its first national convention this weekend in Nashville, Tennessee. This is not “tea-for-two” parties (the Democrats and Republicans). This is “trans-party” or better-said, “super-party” or “supra-party”—above and beyond both parties. It is about seeking to succeed where the two major parties have failed America. It is about the beginnings of a possibly the major awakening in America.
There have political awakenings before. President Nixon referred to “the silent majority,” referring to people whom Nixon felt agreed with his political philosophy, but who chose to not speak out—and for the most part—not to vote. By the election year of 1980 (when Ronald Reagan defeated Jimmy Carter), the silent majority had begun to be mobilized by the likes of Jerry Falwell, who founded “the Moral Majority,” and along with mailing list king Richard Viguerie, organized an enormous number of voters under the moniker of “the Religious Right.” It was composed to a large extent of conservative Christian Fundamentalists.
But what we are seeing now—but which began last year with the sudden appearance of Tea Parties (and to a lesser extent, the Glen Beck-originated “9-12’er” groups)—is different from other awakenings. The difference is primarily in that vast numbers of formerly slumbering Americans have suddenly become awakened to the very real threat of the loss of major liberties. And those who are awakening now represent a cross section of religious, racial and economic groups.
Three decades ago, we who were trying to educate our fellow citizens would struggle to get just a tiny number of people to see that our liberties and freedom were being eroded, piece by piece. It is no longer the case that our liberties are being “eroded,” a relatively slow and gradual process. Many Americans—including many who voted for Mr. Obama—can now see with 20-20 vision the reality that our liberties are being stolen quickly and in iceberg-size chunks—by those in the current administration, officials who have openly proclaimed their disdain for free and private enterprise and the republican system of government established by our Founding Fathers. (The idea that we are supposed to have a “democracy” is lie, easily provable, but that’s for another column.)
However, let us not be deceived into thinking that the drastic loss of freedoms began with the current administration. Many Tea Partiers who have just recently awakened are looking back and realizing that the allegedly “conservative” Bush administration was not conservative at all. He pretended to be and he pulled it off with utmost skill. He certainly did not conserve liberties. Instead, under the pretense of “national security,” the 9-11 attack provided the excuse for the sudden usurpation of numerous liberties in one fell swoop by means of the Orwellian-named “Patriot Act.” Many leftists were shouting about it then—along with the relative few of us who have been awake politically for decades. Happily, now the Tea Partiers are realizing that both the Democrats and the Republicans share in the blame for the disastrous condition of the nation.
Tea comes in a wide variety of flavors. There is black tea. There is white tea. There is also green tea and orange (pekoe) tea. My wife’s tea cupboard also informs me there are chamomile, echinacea, peppermint, spearmint, peach tea, cinnamon tea, and dozens more on the market. Although the Tea Party Movement took its inspiration and its name from the Boston Tea Party of the 1770’s, the analogy holds true. The Tea Partiers are not a homogenous group in the sense that the Moral Majority was primarily Fundamentalists. Tea Partiers span the gamut: from all walks of life, all levels of income—well, okay, there are probably very few multi-millionaires among them, but then the percentage of multi-millionaires in society as a whole is not that great either. But it seems clear that although Christian Fundamentalists are present in sizeable numbers, they do not comprise the vast majority of the Tea Partiers.
This is all good. Hence, we have chamomile, peppermint, green tea, etc. And these flavors also represent the varieties of political philosophies among them—not far Left to far Right, mind you—but variations of opinion within the political philosophy of those, who believe in strictly limited government, those who enjoy freedom and want to preserve it. No socialists, communists, Fascists, Nazis or anarchists would be welcome in the TPM. (By the way, the Left-Right graph of the political spectrum as most people commonly understand it is another lie…to be exposed here another day.)
I have several suggestions to make to the participants as they seek to coalesce into a movement with the power to restore lost liberties to the American people and to preserve those liberties currently in danger of being lost.
So we have a Tea Party, made up of different flavors: black tea, orange tea, green tea, peppermint tea, etc. Some Tea Partiers—like the caffeinated orange tea and black tea—are stimulants; they keeping us awake. These are people who inform others of what is going on in order to wake them up initially, or to keep them awake and motivated in the battle to restore and preserve liberties. They are balanced by the chamomile Tea Partiers. Chamomile is a calming tea. These people help others (especially the newly-awakened) in the Movement from “going off the deep end” as they learn the true magnitude of the problem.
Then we have the people represented by echinacea and green tea. These teas strengthen the body’s immune system; they are high in anti-oxidants. These teas are drunk to prevent colds and flu. These would be people who are able to help keep the TPM on track and not be derailed or sidetracked by those germs, viruses, bacteria who seek its demise, those who would prefer that the TPM be stillborn.
So there are many flavors of tea in the TPM. It has been said many times and my variation of it is this: Put three conservatives in a room and you will have six different opinions. Many flavors. It’s all good. It is an encouraging sign to see people awakening and getting active.
It is especially encouraging to us who are now seniors and have sought all our lives to awaken people, largely, to no avail—at least, not in significant enough numbers. But I learned many years ago not to be discouraged about our slumbering fellow citizens. When one comes to understand that our heavenly Father is behind it all, that He has a perfect Plan, with a perfect timetable; we can then rest and know that when the time is right, America will awaken.
So, is this it? Is this His time? Is this the beginning of the real Great Awakening? Until now, God has put His people in America in a deep sleep. She is the Sleeping Beauty of “fairy tales.” Did you know that the so-called “Grimm’s Fairy Tales” were actually cleverly disguised stories about the “lost ten tribes of Israel?” See Stories of Lost Israel in Folklore.
Note: The House of Israel must be distinguished from the House of Judah, both in Bible history and bible prophecy, otherwise, confusion reigns in attaining accurate interpretations of biblical prophecies. After all, if one misidentifies the major players, the interpretations will be totally askew.
So is now the time of the awakening? Time will tell. We will continue to observe the TPM and watch what kind of fruit it brings forth. We do know that our national slumber has all been part of God’s Plan to punish us for our national disobedience to the divine laws, statutes and judgments. Do not lament that America has been asleep. It had to be that way. Had the majority of Americans known, for example, back in the 1920’s, of the fraudulent nature of the Federal Reserve System, the people might have rebelled against it, not realizing it was the rod of divine chastisement. I say, had they done that many decades ago, it would have resulted in a much worse scenario. But God put us in blindness to this system of economic slavery for our own good. That’s why this system is called a “mystery” in the Bible (Revelation 17:9).
What we can be certain of is that the time of punishment has been carried out for the past century in America in a mercifully light manner, and that it must come to an end soon. Just exactly when, we do not know. So we thank and praise God for the blindness. But is now the time of the awakening? I find it interesting that Sarah Palin was invited to be the keynote speaker later on today. In my six-lecture series entitled Sarah Palin: A Prophetic Perspective,I saw her as a possible latter-day Deborah and/or Esther. Deborah was a judge (leader) in ancient Israel—at a time when the Israelite people were in captivity—parallels today. In that regard, I found it especially interesting that God saw fit to put this verse in His Word.
Judges 5:12 Awake, awake, Deborah: awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam.
It will be interesting to watch the scene over the next number of years as I believe we will see some amazing events take place involving Deborah (Sarah Palin) and President Barack.
Journal Entry for February 5, 2010
A few days ago, we posted the first article in the Stone Kingdom Chronicles [SKC]. Stone Kingdom Chronicles is a new online publication produced by Dr. James W. Bruggeman and SKM. Its motto and primary purpose can be summarized thus: To observe and chronicle the fall of “MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT” and the simultaneous manifestation of the Stone Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.
But we would not limit ourselves to that subject only—as broad as it is. SKC will be an on-going feature and teaching tool of SKM [Stone Kingdom Ministries], providing news and commentary on any and all aspects of God’s creation.
A few words of explanation are necessary as to what is meant by those two terms: “Mystery, Babylon the Great” and “the Stone Kingdom.” In brief, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT [MBG] is a world empire, a world ruling system which was prophesied to be extant in the period just preceding the second coming (appearing) of Christ. Money and power are the gods of MBG, whereas the souls and lives of people are of the least value. The chief value of ordinary people is as slaves to the rulers of this end-time empire.
The Stone Kingdom, with Jesus Christ as King, was prophesied to destroy and replace all previous world empires (see Daniel, chapter 2). That destruction of MBG and manifestation of the Stone Kingdom will inaugurate what in Bible prophecy is known as “the Millennium”—a golden age of peace on earth, the utopia that men have long desired, a 1,000-year period (whether literal or figurative) during which Jesus Christ and His overcomer-saints rule the earth in righteousness. We believe we are now in that time of the end (of MBG) and the commencement of the Millennium (prophetically known as the Age of Tabernacles).
There are basically only two systems, two forms of government: man’s or God’s. For 6,000 years, man has tried all types of government, most resulting in tyranny. The republic established by the Founding Fathers was the best to date, but ultimately, its fatally flawed Constitution opened the door to its destruction. Although politicians still pay lip service to it, that destruction is now almost complete. Concomitantly, MBG is reaching the final lap in its race to establish total global government. They seek to control every aspect of people’s lives—right down to controlling the thermostat in your home under the guise of global warming.
God’s Kingdom government will also govern every aspect of life, but it will result in the greatest liberty for all—much greater even than we Americans have enjoyed at the height of the American Republic. Yes, God’s Stone Kingdom will govern every aspect of life—that’s why Christianity was initially called “the Way.” Not only because Jesus is the Way to eternal life, but because following Jesus is a way of life, a manner of living right now, right here on terra firma.
As we chronicle the events of our era, we will be contrasting and comparing the two systems—exposing the values, methods and means employed by MBG with the principles and laws of the Creator, who is your and my Father.
As editor-reporter-analyst-commentator for SKC, my beat is the world, and it covers the gamut of any and all subjects. That is because the realm of God includes everything. Therefore, in the pages of SKC you will find stories and articles concerning –
Specifically, we will take reports from around the globe—whether in the form of a magazine or news article (hard copy or online), or in the form of an audio recording, an audio-video recording (such as from YouTube), and we will use such resources to teach the Ways of the Kingdom of God, i.e., the Stone Kingdom. Incidentally, you can assist us by being part of our “Research Department.” When you find something you believe is worth passing on to us, please do so.
But may I ask this? Do not merely forward articles with sensationalistic headlines in the email’s subject line. In other words, do not send me articles, links, etc. with the subject line reading: “Wow, you gotta read this,” or “Very important!” etc. I already get numerous emails like that. I do not have the time to open them to find out WHY it’s very important, or WHY it deserves a “Wow.” So if you would take a minute to change the subject line and tell me WHY, then it just might get my attention. Instead of “Very Important,” if the subject line says, for example, “Plot uncovered to assassinate the Pope,” that will get my attention. So thank you in advance for your help.
One final thing, just for the record: The Bible clearly teaches that the Stone Kingdom is going to destroy and replace all the kingdoms (governments) of the earth (probably in a gradual process as we count time). When we began this ministry back in the late 1980’s, the name “Stone Kingdom Ministries” came to us “out of the blue.” I want to emphasize the fact that just because we have the name, Stone Kingdom, it does not mean that we see ourselves as some great person or someone who has a major or key role to play in either the destruction of MBG or the manifestation of the Lord’s Stone Kingdom. I am just a sinner saved by grace like all other Christians: a nobody. I am striving to follow where my Lord leads, and I believe he has outfitted me for the job I am currently doing. I am teaching His Word. I am revealing the mysteries about Babylon the Great and I am teaching about God’s Stone Kingdom. However, that does not mean that I am the leader or a leader of “the Stone Kingdom,” which some who are ignorant of the Bible might mistakenly surmise to be some sort of worldly and militant organization that is trying to overthrow our government or some other such idiocy. Exactly what the Stone Kingdom is, I will be explaining in the months and years to come.
I believe that our present government will be changed, but I am just an observer and commentator. I do not advocate violence. I believe that God Himself—on His timetable—will bring about this change of governments. I pray good for our leaders at all levels. I pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for peace in New Jer-USA-lem.
I trust you will be edified, enlightened and informed as you become a regular reader of the Stone Kingdom Chronicles.

Just the trip to the clinic on Tuesday for the epidural injection was enough activity for me so that I realized yesterday that I needed to spend all day yesterday resting and not trying to go to my office, etc. So I went today, just for a few minutes to pick up some necessities—bills to pay, etc.—and to stop at the bank. I was glad Roxanne was driving because I nearly fell asleep on the way home—that, despite the fact that I seemed to get a relatively good night’s sleep. So I am realizing quickly how I must lower my expectations of just how much (how little) I can “do” before needing rest. Ugh! As soon as I am able I will be talking here in the Journal about “doing.”
As the new year of 2010 begins, we at Stone Kingdom Ministries (SKM) wish everyone a very blest new year. May our heavenly Father bless us all with increased understanding of His Plan and with an increased measure of grace to enable us to be obedient to Him in all things.
As the first decade of the new millennium comes to a close, we at SKM are turning a new page in our efforts to reach many more with the good news of God's Great Plan for saving everyone, eventually. (Contrary to what most Christians believe, God does not save everyone at the same time, but that’s a long teaching which we have taught and will share more in the days ahead).
One of those methods of new out-reach will be this weblog. For the time being, I am continuing to produce all that I did previously as a mail-order based ministry, but my focus will now be as a web-based ministry. At the outset, my journal entries (blog posts) will not be daily, but will be as often as time permits. I do expect that as time goes on I will be able to shed some other ministry activities so as to allow me time to do more teaching and writing via this website.
One of my regular activities is holding monthly fellowships with like-minded Christian believers. I intend to continue that for the foreseeable future. One is our Stone Kingdom—Eastern Tennessee Fellowship and the other is our Stone Kingdom—Atlanta Fellowship. (If you are interested in attending or just checking us out, or simply want more information about the meetings, call our offices at 828-277-7733.)
Because both locations are some hours distant from my offices in Asheville, North Carolina, it is wholly impractical to hold weekly gatherings; hence, these monthly gatherings turn out to be somewhat longer than “yer average Sunday service.” And we always conclude with a meal together so as to allow more time just to visit (or in Christian parlance, to “fellowship”).
...which leads me to introduce the report below. Ellen and Linda are both part of our Atlanta fellowship. Linda and her husband, John, first became part of our Atlanta Fellowship back in the late '90's. Ellen heard of us only about a year ago. This is their combined report of a recent spiritual warfare work in Mexico (with some revisions by myself). Ellen and Linda are prayer partners. Ellen had traveled down to Mexico in early December as we now pick up the story.
Spiritual Warfare in Mexico
Linda was driving to work in the Atlanta area on the morning of December 11th. She thought to herself, “I would like to hear the song called, Lamb of God.” She put it into the CD player instead of the normal teaching CDs that she listens to each day on her commute. It was a lovely Celtic version of the song. As the song began, the words seemed to pierce right into the middle of Linda's stomach area. She began weeping in sounds she had never heard before!
After a few moments, she realized she was driving about 75 miles an hour down Interstate-75. She was about 10 minutes from work and found that she could not stop weeping. She wondered how she was going to go to work. She pulled off the exit, stopped her car, wiped her eyes, and suddenly, she had a vision of Jesus in which He was filling the whole earth! [Comment by James: This is the Stone Kingdom; see Daniel 2:35.] It was amazing and wondrous. Immediately, a great peace came over Linda. Ellen and Linda realized the next day that this had been the Holy Spirit interceding with groanings for a spiritual work to be done in Mexico later that day and into the next.
Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Ellen had arrived in Durango, Mexico around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. The following day the dancing began in anticipation of the festival of the Virgin of Guadalupe, which is celebrated on December 12th. The local kids of all ages participate in dancing which can best be described as centuries-old traditional Indian dances, accompanied by a lone drum banging out the rhythm.
The dancers were all wearing similar, long red skirts decorated with images of the Virgin or of Jesus, along with sequined crosses and other designs, interspersed with rows of fringe made of plastic, bamboo-type tubes that make a lot of racket when the dancers move. There was one young man wearing a goat’s-head mask of fur complete with horns, and it all appeared very demonic to Ellen. The dancers carried various dried gourds or maracas that contributed to the noise and rhythm. This went on in front of the church all day long on Friday, December 11th.
The reason for Ellen’s trip was to take four computers to this little desert town of Durango (which means “water town”) so that her friend Leonor, (whose name means “light”), a widow with two teenagers, could open an internet cafe to provide a living for herself, and at the same time to use the web to bring the light of the Word of God into this obscure corner of the world.
They had picked up the internet modem Thursday afternoon, and were told that they would not have service for at least 48 hours, but by the grace of God the connection opened around 11 p.m. Friday while the celebration was in full swing. People were drinking tequila and feeling good, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Virgin, which was preceded by torchbearers as they accompanied the shrine from the neighboring village about ten miles away.
Once an internet connection was established, Ellen turned on her laptop to email her prayer partner Linda back in Georgia. It had been three days without contact and she was eager to communicate to her about the situation there in Durango. Ordinarily Linda is in bed by 11 p.m., but for some reason decided to check her email at that late hour. She found Ellen’s email describing the dancing and festivities which seemed so demonic.
Linda immediately responded that she was praying for them. Meanwhile, for Ellen the noise and dancing seemed to grow in intensity to nearly a frenzied level by the time the Virgin arrived at midnight. The church bells began to ring. Ellen could not bear to watch all the idolatry and was sickened at the deception she was witnessing, so she immediately went back to her computer and found the much-needed communication from Linda.
Ellen had reported to Linda that she was in tears and too nauseous to watch the people adoring and worshipping the fake statue. (It was actually just a painting, since the town is too poor to purchase a statue.) She told Linda she wondered if she were the only person there who knew the liberating truth of the Gospel of Jesus. Linda wrote back, “Yes, you probably are.” Linda discerned that Ellen was there in Mexico to act as a spiritual intercessor.
Linda prayed that the heavenly Father would open her understanding and that He would send peace which would soothe Ellen’s soul. She told Ellen that she should pray for those people right then, thus joining Ellen as an intercessor for their souls, and to plead with Father that He would forgive them because they knew not what they were doing. Linda just simply knew that the Holy Spirit was telling her what to tell Ellen, to strengthen her thereby, since she (Ellen) was under so much oppression from the demonic spirits that were abundant in Durango.
Linda told Ellen to say “Amen” (i.e., so be it.) to Father’s work of making that place His, and to agree with God that He will pour out His Holy Spirit to heal their land and their minds/souls. Linda directed Ellen to stand up, to lift up her hands to our Lord and Savior, and say “Amen” that He will become their Lord and Savior.
The Holy Spirit then instructed Linda to ask Ellen to simply pour out water on the earth there. That act would represent the water of the true Word coming to that land, even while the adoration of the Virgin-idol was still going on. She knew this act of obedience was important and that it would start a chain reaction of the truth of the Word being released in that land.
Linda reminded Ellen that Stephen Jones had told Ellen that she would know by the Holy Spirit what to do when the time came. Since Ellen was under emotional stress and brain fog, being affected by the idol worship there, Linda discerned that He was speaking to Ellen through Linda, who had a clear mind. Ellen had a bottle of water, but it was nearly gone, and it would be needed the next morning.
Nevertheless, she walked back outside and poured out some of the water on the ground in front of the portable shrine to the Virgin. She did not really know what to say, other than to say “Amen” to what the Lord had already spoken through Linda. So she lifted her hands, said “Amen” aloud, and walked back inside to report back to Linda, and say goodnight. Afterwards, both women went to bed, praying, and knowing that Ellen would get a release from the oppression. Both Linda and Ellen slept peacefully.
The next day Ellen was able to call Linda by phone. Linda reminded her that the previous night had been Hanukkah, the Feast of Lights, and that her own name, Ellen, means “Light”. Ellen described to Linda how she had poured out pure water from a bottle whose label read “Santa Maria,” the very saint whose image the natives had been worshipping the previous night! They got a good laugh at the irony and humor that our Father uses.
Linda told Ellen she knew that Ellen had been there for that very reason—she felt the confirmation in her spirit. She knew that the work had now been accomplished and thanked Ellen for using the pure water instead of the tap water she had planned to use. She knew that a mighty work of blessing had begun which would bring the truth to Mexico, and she knew that Mexico was suffering greatly from spiritual oppression, an oppression which Ellen could not break through in that one single night. It would occur over a process of time.
But Linda could see what was happening in the spirit. They saw that there was no distance in the spiritual realm. They also knew that this was training for future spiritual warfare. They had known for some time that they would probably be involved in spiritual warfare in Mexico, but had no idea that it was to have taken place at this particular time. They rejoiced because they knew they had been obedient despite the oppression to which Ellen had been subjected.
Linda had been reading Stephen Jones' blog that very morning of December 11th. Stephen’s entry had talked about the prophecy from Haggai 2:20, the 24th day of the ninth month, which on our calendar was the same day. Here is the link:
http://www.gods-kingdom-ministries.org/weblog/WebPosting.cfm?LogID=1820
It related to September 24th on our calendar, which was during the ten days of awe after Rosh Hashanah, (Hebrew, which literally means “the head of the year.”) This speaks of bringing forth Christ, the Head. Stephen said in that blog:
So if we do not see any particular sign in today's news, we may have to look back on this date later in order to notice a turning point. There may be an event or decree that occurs in an obscure part of the world that is significant in the eyes of God.
Ellen and Linda both knew that, just as they had been praying the words to the song Stephen had written—and which Darla sings so beautifully, “Let me be your hands, let me be your feet, let me be your mouthpiece...”, that Father had actually used them for just that purpose. Ellen had been the hands and feet while Linda had been the mouthpiece. They saw how the Body of Christ should function as the members work together as one. They have had so many confirmations on so many levels of this work done in Durango that it would take far too many pages to recount them all.
On December 12th, (the 12th day of the 12th month, i.e., 12-12, representing a double portion of divine authority), Linda got up to read her morning devotional. It just happened to be Zechariah 8:12:
“For there shall the seed produce peace and prosperity; the vine shall yield her fruit, and the ground shall give its increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I shall cause the remnant of this people to inherit and possess all these things.”
Linda knew that the Father provided that scripture at that time to confirm the spiritual work. They knew that this seed of Truth had been sowed into the ground of Mexico the night before, and had been watered with the pure Word by the pouring out of the water, and this planting would not come back void of fruit. That evening, as a second witness by His Word, the devotional was Ephesians 2:6:
“And he raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together in the heavenly sphere in Christ Jesus.”
By this confirming scripture Father was telling them that the battle had already been won for Mexico and that they were being obedient to say “Amen” to the work that Jesus Christ has already done. They were seated with Him and resting because the battle was not theirs, but His, and victory came by resting in His finished work, knowing that now it would begin to manifest in Mexico.
This showed them that spiritual warfare, which they had been hesitant to do because of past experiences, is not necessarily a struggle against demonic powers, but it is the authority which we have as His sons and daughters when we are obedient to His leading through the power of the Holy Spirit. This is because we have now crossed the threshold into the Age of Tabernacles where we can rest in His finished work by agreeing with Him (i.e., by saying “Amen” to what we observe Him doing).
Linda also realized that this spiritual battle had begun 15 years ago in Mexico when she and her husband, John, had gone there on a mission trip, doing warfare at that time, although not realizing the victory until this time, but that is all another story.
