Where did the AMEGA button go?

I am very, very disappointed with the AMEGA Company. Not the wand itself. I have had success with it. But the company is so very unresponsive in so many ways. I simply do not have the time to help those of you who might want to buy the product, because ultimately we both run into the same problem—which is why you email or call me for help—the inability to get an order placed. The order process does not work. They don’t reply to my emails. Can’t get through to them on the phone. I’ve had it. This has been going on for several months. My patience with them is at an end. I am sorry to have raised your hopes and inconvenienced you. In retrospect, I should have waited to make sure the company not only had a good product, but was itself capable of handling the business end of things before I began promoting it. Lesson learned by this humbled one.
(Note: So that "negative fallout" does not come upon certain hospital personnel, we have changed the names in the following account. However, I personally know the victim, his wife and family, and can unequivocally vouch for the veracity of this testimony.—James Bruggeman)
Bob was 47 years old when in January, 2004 he was in an industrial accident and suffered 2nd degree burns on 20% of his body. Second degree burns can be much more painful than 3rd because the nerves are still intact in 2nd degree cases, whereas the nerves are severed in 3rd degree burns.
Bob was in the hospital for a week. Mid-week, he was transferred to a larger hospital with a "burn center." Upon arrival at the burn center, the doctor in charge informed Sue that he would not permit her to see Bob’s wounds "for her own good."
"Normally, I am intimidated by ‘experts,’" related Sue, "but the Lord gave me instant grace and courage to stand my ground. I told him I will be there when you cleanse the burn area."
At first, because the area was too painful to touch, Sue sprayed on LavaDerm™ Cooling Mist, which contains lavender oil and aloe vera. But as soon as Bob could stand it, Sue anointed (applied the oil to) the burn areas with lavender oil several times a day. A Kingdom believer, Sue also offered prayer for Bob’s healing while anointing his flesh.
"It was also interesting to see the change in the nurses," exclaimed Sue. "Initially, they were uptight, short-tempered, and nippy at each other."
Sue had told them she was going to use essential oils. The nurses were generally supportive, but they told Sue to shut the door when she was using the oils because "the oils were alternative therapies."
"Hospital staff may not have seen me anointing Bob, but anybody walking past in the hallway could certainly smell it. After opening the door, nurses walking by would stop and remark: ‘Oh, that smells so good!’ You could see their personalities change over just one day! I think it was because of the oil," Sue concluded.
One day, one of the nurses came in and said "When you’re done with that stuff, if you have any left over, I’d like to have it."
Regarding the lead doctor, Sue said: "He knew I was using something, but he was afraid to ask." She added, " On Bob’s fifth day, the doctor was impressed enough to declare: ‘Boy, this is coming along nicely!’"
Bob was released two days later. Sue continued to anoint him with the lavender oil for another week or so. His flesh healed and he had no scars. Grafts proved to be unnecessary.
